Musée de Cluny
| In Roman times
the Island was the seat of government. The real town centre was here, at
the Baths. This vast building is mostly ruined, but enough remains to be impressive. The medieval house, Hôtel de Cluny, built next to it is a Museum of the Middle Ages, with some superb tapestries as its star exhibits. |
